Best Time to Visit Uzbekistan

Uzbekistan is a year-round destination, but timing your visit well makes all the difference. Spring (April–May) is arguably the finest season: mild days, blossoming orchards and green steppe before the summer heat arrives.

Summer (June–August) is hot, often above 40°C, ideal for the cooler mountains of Chimgan but tiring in the desert cities. Autumn (September–October) brings the harvest, comfortable temperatures and the famous melons and grapes. Winter is cold and quiet, but the monuments dusted with snow are magical and crowds disappear.
